View of the inside of the grand, showing soundboard and recapped bridges.  In the photo, the blocks that have the arrows on them are actually beveled slightly on the bottom.  This helps push the edge of the soundboard down onto the rim, which also has a very slight bevel, to help the soundboard maintain its crown.  Note that at this time, the bridges have not yet been notched.
